Twenty minute drive south of Alicante airport. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, banks, bars etc, 5 minute drive to local beautiful beach which has 10 miles of soft white sand which shelves gently ideal for children of all ages. Bars and restaurants on beach with pine forest behind.

Notes on prices Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. There is an additional 50 euros payable on arrival direct to our cleaner before she hands over the keys to the property to cover her cleaning costs. There is a £50 returnable deposit against breakages returned once the cleaner has confirmed no damage or breakages, For lets of more than 2 weeks there is a discount. Long lets are available, the price will be negotiated and payable on a monthly basis.
Changeover day We normally expect our guests to vacate the property by 10.00am the morning of departure. Please enquire if you need this to be any later.

Coast/Beach 5 min drive to local beach where there are beach side restaurants. 10 mins drive to Guadamar beach which has a promonade with many restaurants serving sea food and paella. There is a local bus service to the beach in the school holidays (July and August). However, we have cycled to our local beach and back which only takes about 30 minutes each way. Obviously a bit hot to do this in July and August! Bikes can be hired locally.

Travel Alicante airport only 20 mins drive. Murcia 40 mins drive. Many car hire companies operate from the airports or we can arrange for collection from the airport, for a small additional cost. Other car hire companies operate from La Marina. Hire car is not essential as local buses operate on the urbanisation or local taxi services.
Distances La Marina village 3 mins drive. Guardamar 10 mins drive, Torrevieja 20 mins. 15 min drive to WaterPark. Numerous local markets including La Marina only 10-15 mins walk.
Further details Excellent value for money supermarket 5 mins walk. The Costa Blanca or WhiteCoast boasts over 300 days of sunshine per year. The climate is said to be beneficial to sufferers of respiratory or arthritic problems. It is ideal for sun worshippers, water sports enthusiasts, golfers and walkers alike. The area adjacent to the salt lakes is a nature reserve.
Booking notes
This is a NO SMOKING VILLA
A 25% booking deposit (non refundable) is required to reserve the villa and the balance must be paid 8 weeks before the date of travel. Once your deposit is received a map with full directions and details of the property will be sent to you. 50 euros in cash payable to cleaner on arrival at villa.

Why La Marina ?
We love La Marina because of the facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and restaurants. Within walking distance there are shops, banks, bars, restaurants, a Tourists Information Centre and a Doctors surgery. During the school summer holiday (July and August), there is a bus service which runs directly to the beach. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Alicante airport only 20 minutes drive away.
Unique benefits of the property The property is just five minutes drive from the fabulous beach which has bars and restaurants close by. The beautiful white sandy beach stretches for miles and has a pine forest behind it.
